We're getting a little better with this Santa thing

Which is probably inevitable when we start to see him in the malls by November 1st. When I was young, I recall the first (and best) Santa sighting of the season to be the one broadcast from the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade.
I imagine Santa was looking at the line of families still behind us and thinking drats, guess I won't be making it to Murphy's by 9:00.
But it's really all about the candy cane in the end. 45 minutes in line in the bitter cold wind for a candy cane.
