I didn't do any TV commentary last week with the holiday and all, but really, what more is there to say than OHMYGOD - SETH GREEN'S CAROTID ARTERY JUST BURST!!! ACK!!!!! But seriously, if they have to do a very special Grey's Anatomy event, that's the way to do it. The paramedics had me bawling my little eyes out.
